Privacy
Compelled collects no data about you, and this website sets no cookies.
Last updated 16 August 2026.
The app
Compelled has no networking code. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising, no tracking, no account to create, no sign-in, and no server of ours for the app to talk to. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted anywhere, because there is nothing in the app that can transmit it.
Your progress, your settings and your best times are held on your device by the operating system, in the app's own storage. They are included in an iPhone or iPad backup if you take one, in the same way every app's data is, and they are deleted when you delete the app. The game also keeps a diagnostic log to help work out what happened if something goes wrong: that log stays on the device and is never sent to us.
In App Store Connect's App Privacy questionnaire, this is the answer Data Not Collected, for every category.
The one exception: buying the unlock
If you buy or restore the paid unlock, that purchase runs through Apple's own in-app purchase system (StoreKit), and it is the only thing in the app that causes network traffic. The transaction is between you and Apple: Apple tells the app whether this device is entitled to the unlock, and nothing else. Tristem Enterprises Ltd never sees who bought anything, never receives your name, email address, or payment details, and holds no record of individual purchases. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
This website
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, and no third-party scripts, and it loads no fonts, images or code from anyone else's server. There is no contact form, no newsletter, and no chat widget, so there is nothing here that can collect anything about you. That is also why you were not asked to consent to anything.
The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare has to process the network request that delivers a page to you, and it keeps its own short-lived operational logs for security and abuse prevention. We have not enabled analytics on top of that, and we do not have access to visitor-level records.
Children
Compelled is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, so it collects no data from children either. There is no user-generated content, no messaging, and no way for one player to reach another.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you, and to have it corrected or erased. In our case the answer is that we hold none, because the app and the site collect none. If you email us, we will of course hold that email in order to reply to you; ask and we will delete it.
Changes
If the app or the site ever starts collecting something, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date at the top will change. There is no plan to.
